These terms of conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Fndr.Me & Services websites, applications and online services.

Who May Use the Services

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Fndr.Me & Services, its websites, apps and online services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. In any case, you must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the words “you” and “your” as used in these Terms shall refer to such entity.

Using the Services

Our Services evolve constantly. As such, the Services may change from time to time, at our discretion. We may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features within the Services to you or to users generally. We may also remove or refuse to distribute any of the Services provided, limit distribution or visibility of any content on the Services.
In consideration for Fndr.Mr granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Fndr.Me and its third-party providers and partners may place advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others. You also agree not to misuse our Services, for example, by interfering with them or accessing them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, Fndr.Me’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Fndr.Me’s providers; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by Fndr.Me (and only pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Fndr.Me (NOTE: crawling the Services is permissible if done in accordance with the provisions of the robots.txt file, however, scraping the Services without the prior consent of Fndr.Me is expressly prohibited); (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property or safety of Fndr.Me & Services, its users and the public. Fndr.Me does not disclose personally-identifying information to third parties except in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability for links:

Fndr.Me & Services publish links to third-party Web sites. We have no influence whatsoever on the information on these Web sites and accept no guaranty for its correctness. The content of such third-party sites is the responsibility of the respective owners/providers. At the time third-party Web sites were linked to ours, we found NO GROUNDS WHATSOEVER of any likely contravention of the law. We shall promptly delete a link upon becoming aware that it violates the law.

Ending These Terms

You may end your legal agreement with Fndr.Me at any time by discontinuing your use of the Services. In case information is stored on our systems they will be deleted automatically after 90 days if no other interests are give or applicable law forbids.

Direct mediations

In case you need direct contact to a privder of services or goods published by our Services you authorize us to transmit your request after you have sent the request via our online form or via email message. The request has to happen in writing and has to contain your name, valid contact details and the purpusoe of the business. After we have transmitted your request we are no longer in control of the given information. Such mediations details will be deleted after 90 days if no further activities are required or local law orders differently.

Information we (do not) collect

There is no automated collection of personal information. In case you use a form, our email addresses or phone numbers you do it actively towards us. In case you share personal information with us it is only used for responding to your request.

• We may share your personal information within the Fndr.Me organisation.

Location of information

Fndr.Me & Services is located in Thailand and the affiliated entities within the Fndr.Me organsisation are located throughout the world. During your use of our Services and your interactions with us, your personal information may be transferred outside of your home country and may be stored in and accessed from multiple countries. Whenever we transfer personal information to other jurisdictions, we will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Statement and as permitted by applicable data protection laws.

Security of information

Please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We have implemented technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security of personal information. However our main method to protect your privacy is requesting no or extremely limited personal information from you at all times. Our security procedures also means that we may request proof of identity before we disclose information to you or before we process your other requests.

Children's privacy

Our Services generally provide information for professionals and/or individuals over eighteen (18) years of age. We do not target children and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). When a user discloses personal information on our Services, that user is representing to us that he or she is at least eighteen (18) years of age.

In case you have provided us with personal information of yours you can send an email ordering the deletion of your data. Your data will be deleted within 10 working days if law allows and no other legal process disallows us to do so.
